3. Your obligations

    • 3.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that all information you supply to us or enter onto the website is complete and accurate.

    • 3.2 You will need to answer a number of questions on the website in order to compare or obtain a quote for any product. 5. Validity of quote

5.1 When you receive a quote you should click through to the product provider's website if you want to see how long any quote will remain valid. This is because product providers' prices and rates are updated and amended on a regular basis and in some cases daily.

6. Price delivery

6.1 You should receive the results of our price comparison technology interactively. However, we are completely reliant on the availability of the third party sites and on the overall performance of the world wide web. At certain times interactive quotes are not available. You will be advised if this is the case and under these circumstances we will e-mail you to advise when your quotes are ready.

6.2 Each product provider will have a slightly different approach to the provision of quotes.  Some will not provide quotes to customers falling outside of their target requirements and others may restrict the availability of certain products.  We strive to provide as comprehensive and easy to use a service as possible.  It is inevitable that the requirements of certain customers for a quote or a number of quotes for comparison may not be met and you may be one such customer.  This is more likely when your requirements are “non standard” or “high risk” as determined by the product providers.

6.3 In such cases we or our trusted partners (being businesses with whom we have agreed to treat your data as we would) may contact you by telephone to see if we can be of further assistance.

You will find all the relevant information regarding the service, the product and contact details on the product provider's website

7.3 Before you complete any purchase it is important that you check all the information that the product provider holds about you is correct. It is your responsibility to ensure all your details are correct, and failure to do so could result in invalidating any product or service.  If you are purchasing using a product provider’s website you must also read the product provider's own terms and conditions. The product provider’s terms and conditions will govern any transaction between you and the product provider whereas these terms and conditions relate only to your use of the website.
