Q. What types of merchants do we NOT accept?
A. Adult Internet, Internet Gambling, Escort Services, Airlines, Illegal Activities of any kind, Collection Agencies (if written off Debt)

Q. What credit card types may I accept?
A. You will automatically be set up to process VISA® and MasterCard® transactions and all the UK debit Cards. To accept American Express®, please ask our agents for further detail.

Q. How long will it take me to complete the application?
A. We've designed our application process with your busy schedule in mind. CommsQuote.com like to visit all of their customers, so they fully understand the industry and you will need to gather necessary information for the meeting, however provided you have all of the information on hand, the application can be completed in 15 minutes. Alternatively we could do everything by snail mail if you wish

Q. Am I required to have a shop in the high street to process credit cards?
A. This is not a requirement.

Q. Will I need to purchase additional equipment?
A. We provide a choice of credit card terminals that are contract rented to you over 2 to 4 years.

Q. What type of bank account do I need?
A. You will need a business bank account. Your bank must allow this account to be credited and debited.

Q. How quickly can I begin processing credit cards once my application is approved?
A. 99% of all merchants are approved with 72 business hours from the time we have your application/agreement.

Q. How will I get paid for credit card transactions?
A. Your designated bank account will be credited for all transactions within 2 business days. All American Express transactions will be deposited by American Express in line with there own terms of business.

Q. Who will review the information on my application?
A. Our merchant underwriting and activation group will review your application. The information you provide is kept confidential.

Q. Who do I contact if I am having problems with the application?
A. If you are having difficulty with any of the requested application data or are experiencing technical problems while completing the application, please call . Phone representatives are available to assist you Monday - Friday between the hours of 9a.m. and 5:30p.m
